Meet the Chef
Curry in a Hurry is a foodie's dream, born out of a passion for cooking authentic Indian cuisine by our three-time award winning chef and owner, Alaksha Surti. In 2011, Alaksha started Alaksha’s Custom Catering, which evolved into our original (and still traveling) food truck in 2017. Ever since, we’ve expanded into 3 locations and have been proudly serving authentic Indian curry dishes to Wake County and the Triangle region ever since.
